This hands-on Chicken Processing Workshop is designed for adults and older youth who want to gain confidence in humanely processing poultry for home use. Participants will learn the full process from start to finish, including animal welfare considerations, food safety, and proper handlingâskills that empower families to better understand where their food comes from.
This is a small-group, guided class with plenty of time for questions and hands-on participation. Whether you raise your own chickens or are simply curious about ethical meat processing, this workshop offers practical education rooted in transparency, respect, and stewardship.
